What we offer
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
This one day course delivered in your workspace is certificated and valid for 3 years.
It is an introduction for First Aid covering legal requirements, prioritising a scene, recovery position, basic life support including CPR and the use of a defibrillator.
Common emergencies covered include choking, seizures, bleeding, shock, burns and minor injuries.
Certification via First Aid Industry body.
First Aid at Work (FAW)
A three day course delivered in your place of work and valid for 3 years.
Day One covers full Emergency First Aid course (certificated).
Days Two & Three extend your learning to cover Heart Attack and Anaphylaxis.
We cover more advanced burn treatments, injuries to spine and neck, crush injuries, chest wounds and eye injuries.
Secondary survey, fractures, dislocations and use of slings included.
Angina, stroke, diabetes, sudden poisoning also covered in course.
First Aid at Work requalification (RFAW)
Prior to the end of the 3 year certification provided by the First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification, clients can attend a requalification and refresher course.
In only two days, you will cover the full syllabus of the FAW course plus receive any new training that has been developed in the interim period.
It is recommended that bookings are made at the very minimum 6 months prior to your certificate expiring.
